New to Yoga? Or want to learn more? This is the series for you! Beginner to seasoned, this class is designed to educate and challenge you based on your unique abilities! The small class size allows each pose or practice to be broken down for each students specific needs and growth.
Each week we will begin with breath-work (pranayama) and end in meditation. This balanced class has it all for those wanting to dive into the amazing benefits Yoga offers!
